Los Angeles, a city known for its dynamic and diverse art scene, became the stage for The Holy Art’s Open Art & Art On Loop Group Show, bringing together a powerful selection of contemporary works. Through immersive digital displays, the exhibition provided a global platform for artists to showcase thought-provoking pieces that challenge perspectives and spark conversation.
I am honored to have my work, “Silent Breath,” selected for this prestigious exhibition, especially in such an influential cultural hub. This piece speaks to the complex tension between power and resistance, survival and suppression. It captures a fleeting yet profound moment of struggle, one that is both deeply personal and universally shared.
The stark interplay of light and shadow in “Silent Breath” mirrors the realities of oppression, where the weight of injustice often feels suffocating. Yet, this image transcends a single narrative, resonating with those who have fought to be heard, from histories of political suppression and social inequality to the silent battles of economic hardship and conflict. It is a testament to resilience, a reminder that the fight for dignity, justice, and the right to exist freely is ongoing.

Even in silence, there is defiance. Even in darkness, there is an undeniable demand to be seen. “Silent Breath” is not just a photograph, it is a statement, a reflection on survival, and a call for change in a world that too often turns away.
